Ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, with an interest in simulation and modeling, field-based observations or remote sensing of the terrestrial land surface. We offer a culturally and intellectually diverse environment, and encourage creative thinking for developing unique research projects. Our overarching goals are to advance our understanding of the natural and managed environment, and to develop solutions to the problems ecosystem sustainability and global change.
